Project Management in China

This thesis gives an overview of Project Management in the People’s Republic of China (PRC), with regard to soft skills as success factors. The reason for writing my thesis in China was to experience the effects of globalisation with a practical orientation. China seemed to me the most interesting and challenging country for the assignment.
